1.1 By accessing swiftink.com.my and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1.2 SWIFTLINK COMMERCE PLT, Registration No.: 202604000761 is the seller and operator of this site.
2.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
2.2 We accept your order only when we send you an Order Confirmation email. No confirmation = no contract.
Standard Cut-off
Orders placed before 4:00pm Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays, will be processed the same business day.
Black & White / Rush Orders
Orders marked "B/W Rush" placed before 12:00pm will be prioritized for same-day processing. Orders after 12:00pm will be processed the next business day.
3.3 Orders placed after cut-off time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4.1 All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
4.2 We may correct pricing errors anytime. If an error occurs, we'll contact you before dispatch.
5.1 Delivery times are estimates only, calculated from order acceptance + payment confirmation.
6.1 You can cancel/amend orders before cut-off time and before dispatch. Email to swiftlinkcommerce@gmail.com.
6.2 After cut-off/dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes.
8.1 Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the price you paid for the product.
